Refund policy

How do I start a return or exchange?  Easy! Just head to our Returns & Exchanges Portal with your order number, and we’ll take it from there.  

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, or you can exchange for a different size, color, or style. A discounted flat return fee of $5.00 USD applies to all returns. 

Returns received between 31 and 60 days after purchase are eligible for store credit only. 

 

To be eligible, all items must be: 

  • Unworn and unwashed 

  • In original, resaleable condition 

  • Have all hang tags still attached 

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase 


 

WHEN RETURNS MAY BE DENIED 

To maintain the integrity of our products, we reserve the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet our policy standards. Returns will not be accepted if: 

  • The item shows obvious signs of wear or use, including: 

  • Stains, odor, dirt, or pet hair 

  • Stretching, pilling, or fabric damage 

  • Hang tags are missing or removed 

  • The item is returned outside the allowed return window (over 60 days) 

  • It is a Final Sale or Clearance item 

Items that do not meet return criteria will not be refunded or exchanged and may be disposed of accordingly. 

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS 

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at help@truwear.com. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible. 

 

REFUND & PROCESSING TIMELINE 

  • Store credit or exchange: Available 1–2 business days after we receive your return 

  • Full refund to original payment: May take up to 10 business days after processingÂ
