What if I don’t like my Truwear or need a new size?

We get it—style and fit are personal.

If it doesn’t work out, we offer a no-hassle return or exchange policy. We want you to love what you wear, and we’ll help you get there.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Truwear offers returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, as long as the product is:

• Unworn

• In restockable condition

• All tags attached

A $5.00 flat fee covers return shipping.

What if I need a different size?

No problem. Exchanges are simple—just use the Returns & Exchanges Portal, and we’ll help you swap for the right fit.

What are your shipping options?

We use USPS for all standard orders.

• Orders placed before 2PM MST (business days) typically ship the same day

• Delivery time: 2–5 business days

Can I expedite my order?

Yes. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

What if I want to cancel or change my order?

We fulfill orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to adjust your order if possible.

How fast will my exchange arrive?

As soon as your return label is scanned, we begin processing your exchange.

Most exchanges ship within 1–2 business days.

When can I expect my refund?

Once your return is processed, refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as it’s issued.

Will my Truwear items shrink?

No. Our high-performance synthetic fabrics are designed not to shrink, even after machine washing.

Are Truwear products really stain-repellent?

Yes.

Water-based liquids will bead up and roll off thanks to our stain-repellent technology.

Note: They are not stain-proof—especially against oils. For best results, rinse spills with water quickly.

Are Truwear products machine-washable?

Absolutely.

• Machine wash cold

• Hang dry or tumble dry on low

They’ll come out looking sharp, wrinkle-free, and ready to go.

Care Instructions:

• Hang to dry or tumble dry on low heat

• If needed, iron on the lowest heat setting
